Workbench for the Mind: 10 Days of Christmas

A simple daily guide to staying grounded during the holidays

As we head into the final weeks of the year, I’ve been feeling that mix of excitement and overwhelm that always seems to come with Christmas. Travel, family plans, rising costs, emotions… it can all build up quickly. And even though this season looks joyful from the outside, I know it isn’t always easy for everyone — including me.

That’s why I put together Workbench for the Mind: 10 Days of Christmas. I wanted to create something simple, supportive, and genuinely helpful for anyone trying to stay grounded during the holiday rush.

Across these 10 days, I share one practical tip each day — small things that have helped me stay calm, steady, and present when life feels full. They’re easy to try, and designed for real moments, not perfect ones.

Whether you’re celebrating with loved ones, navigating challenges, or just trying to finish the year well, I hope this series gives you a little more space to breathe and reconnect with what matters.

Because for me, Christmas is really about connection, kindness, and meaningful moments. And while I can’t control everything happening around me, I can choose how I show up. That’s what these daily practices are all about.

If that resonates with you, I’d love for you to subscribe and turn on notifications so you don’t miss anything new.

And if you want to dive in straight away, all 10 videos are already in the playlist

Here’s to a calmer, kinder, more grounded Christmas — one intentional moment at a time.
