December has a way of turning up the brightness… or the pressure. It can shine beautifully, or it can burn you out completely. And here’s the truth we forget far too easily: you don’t have to do it all. The people who care about you want your presence, not your perfection.

Schedule a “no-meeting hour.”
Block out one hour this week—non-negotiable—dedicated purely to deep thinking or quiet reflection. No notifications, no calendar invites, no context-switching. Just space.
And when you feel yourself rushing or spiraling into urgency, ask:
“Is this essential… or is it just expected?”
That one question creates room for clarity, boundaries, and ease.
Choose ease over overload.
Choose steadiness over stress.
Choose presence over pressure.
