Slow Down, Reflect, and Reclaim Calm This December
As we approach December, it’s easy to get swept up in the whirlwind of holiday chaos—gifts, gatherings, goals, and endless comparisons. But instead of running toward the end-of-year rush, I invite you to pause for a moment and reflect on how far you’ve come in 2025.

Small wins add up.
Every little step matters. Momentum grows not from perfection, but from mindfulness. Notice your progress, no matter how small, and celebrate it.
Remember: Christmas isn’t a performance.
It’s a pause—a chance to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters. Keep it simple. Keep it meaningful.
Workbench for the mind tip of the week:
End each day with one sentence:
“Today, I choose that I am proud of”
By replacing “I should” with “I choose,” you reclaim a sense of calm and ownership over your thoughts and actions. It’s a small shift, but it makes a big difference.
Take a moment this week to reflect, appreciate, and reclaim your calm. You’ve come far, and this holiday season is the perfect time to honor that journey.
Have a great week!
